Annual Audit for recertification of ISO 9001

The annual audit for recertification of ISO 9001 was conducted today at Umar Pharmacy. The audit was conducted by an external audit team nominated by the DBS Certification limited accredited by UAF. All the external and internal mechanisms and protocols for Quality management systems were evaluated for decisions on the recertification of the company.

An internal audit prior to the annual audit of ISO 9001 for QMS was conducted at all branches of Umar Pharmacy. Internal auditors evaluated all the branches against the ISO standards for the preparation of Annual audit.
