Job Overview:
The Shift In-charge at Umar Pharmacy Chain will be responsible for managing the store’s operations during their assigned shift. This includes supervising the staff, ensuring smooth customer service, maintaining inventory, and addressing any issues that arise. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills to support a productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Preferable Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or pharmacy setting / training in retail or pharmacy operations.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate the staff during the shift.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
• Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check stock levels and coordination with the manager for restocking.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer or staff issues promptly.
• Time Management: Ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient shift handover.
• Basic Reporting: Documenting shift activities for management review.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in billing, handling cash, and maintaining records.
