Requirements:

  • Education: Preferable Graduate
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail pharmacy or medical store / training in pharmacy or healthcare. Candidates with higher experience will be given preference.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with medications, healthcare products and other items commonly sold in pharmacies.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Sales Techniques: Effective sales skills to upsell products and promote specials.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, stocking shelves and ensure product availability.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills to effectively explain product features and benefits.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in billing, labelling and product placement.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints or inquiries tactfully.
  • Reliability: Punctual and independent, with a commitment to maintain store’s standards.
